Having lived here for six years now, I have transformed my flat into a loving home. I have upgraded the bathroom and en suite to give a luxurious feel, and have cared for and maintained the flat to a high standard.

As a Professional working in the City, the excellent transport links definitely appealed to me. My commute from New Southgate to Old Street would take me under 20 minutes! Bounds Green Underground station is a 7 minute walk and I can be in the West End in no time.

Since lockdown, having Bluebell Woods 5 minutes away, plus a recreation ground with tennis courts has been a dream! You are surrounded by greenery with plenty of fantastic walking routes with nature on your doorstep. Alexandra Palace is within easy reach (my favourite place to go running), as well as Muswell Hill's parade of shops.

There is a rich vibrant mix of people living within the Court, and a wonderful friendly community feel . We have a Whatsapp group where we keep in touch and share updates, and local information. Everyone is always happy to help, and I will miss this very much when I leave. We are also lucky enough to have a small shop downstairs which is so convenient and stocks a wide variety of food including fresh bakery goods every morning.

I will most definitely miss my time at Gean Court and will be sad to leave my beautiful home
