Aldenham’s leading art festival returns next weekend.

Aldenham Art Festival is now a leading art festival attracting artists and visitors from a wide area of Herts, Bucks and North West London, held in a lovely village setting in the ancient church of St John the Baptist. After the great success of last year’s show the festival will be staged over the weekend of Friday, September 13, to Sunday, September 15. Open 11am to 7pm on Friday, 11am to 4pm on Saturday, and 12pm to 4.30pm on Sunday (entry by donation). The preview night is on Thursday, September 12, from 6.30pm to 9pm. It is a chance to look at over 400 paintings by 80 artists whilst enjoying Prosecco, wine, soft drinks and canapes provided by Aldenham Golf and Country Club just across the road from the church. For the preview night there is a suggested minimum donation of £5 per adult.

With over 400 paintings and prints, framed and unframed, to choose from this will once again be an eye-catching exhibition of original, contemporary and traditional works of art to browse and buy at affordable prices.
