Tickets have gone on sale for this year’s Proms at St Jude’s Festival in June.

The nine-day music and literary festival in Hampstead Garden Suburb will feature a line-up of renowned musicians including The Sixteen and author Kate Atkinson.

Other big names include bass-baritone Sir Willard White, violin virtuoso Charlie Siem and scientist Baroness Susan Greenfield.

Proms spokesman Ron Finlay said: “We have a programme to suit all tastes, including free lunchtime recitals and concerts for kids.”

This year the festival, now in its 21st year, is raising money for North London Hospice, which supports people with life-limiting illnesses, as well as Toynbee Hall, which helps socially excluded young people.

The festival will run from June 22 to 30 with tickets now available online at www.promsatstjudes.org.uk
