Families are being encouraged to strap on their helmets and get pedalling to raise money for a hospice.
Bike riders can sign up to North London Hospice’s annual cycle ride around the Hertfordshire countryside, which will take place on Sunday June 9.
Participants can opt for a 20 or 40-mile route that starts and ends at Queenswood School in Brookmans Park.
Fundraising manager Judi Guy said: “It’s a great event the whole family can take part in together.
“All the care we provide to our patients and their families is free. This event is part of the hospice's fundraising programme that aims to raise more than £6 million each year to run and develop our services.”
North London Hospice, which has sites in both Finchley and Enfield, provides specialist palliative care for people with a life limiting illness.
Registration is £15 per adult, £5 for a child or £35 for a family. To register visit www.northlondonhospice.org or call 020 8446 2288.
