Potholes, parking and plans for the Elstree Way Corridor will be on the agenda when a new residents' group meets tonight.

Elstree and Borehamwood Residents’ Association will hold a public meeting at the Ark Theatre in Borehamwood at 8pm.

During the meeting, the association will finalise its new constitution and code of conduct and will choose an updated logo.

Members of the public will also have the chance to raise their concerns about Hertsmere Borough Council’s consultation on plans to build 800 houses in the Elstree Way Corridor.

The number of shared houses in Borehamwood will also be discussed, as will people’s views about the housing associations serving the town.

The association will also talk about how it might help the Borehamwood Foodbank.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, which is expected to last two hours, and donations will be taken to ensure the association’s future.
