Free advice is available to help people quit smoking.
Barnet Hospital, in Wellhouse Lane, Barnet, will host a Stoptober stall today from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Specialists from Central London Community Healthcare will be on hand to give advice.
Smokers will also be offered a test to measure the amount of carbon monoxide in their blood, and to learn about different products to help them kick the habit.
Stoptober is an annual event run by Public Health England, which aims to support people to give up smoking.
