Four people have been arrested on suspicion of murder following a stabbing at Middlesex University.
A 22-year-old man died after he was stabbed in the chest at the campus in Greyhound Hill, Hendon, in the early hours of Friday morning.
Police officers arrested a 21-year-old woman, two 20-year-old men and a 21-year-old man this morning on suspicion of murder.
All four remain in custody.
The victim’s next-of-kin have been informed but formal identification is yet to take place.
A post-mortem held on Saturday at Northwick Park Hospital gave the cause of death as stab wounds to the chest.
The investigation is being led by officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command under Detective Chief Inspector Nicola Wall.
DCI Wall said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident on the university campus near the student union area shortly after 1am on Friday 31 October.
“There was a student event before this fight took place and many people would have been passing through the area before and after the fatal stabbing.”
