Sick children and their families were treated to a party that was “so good it reached the top of the sky”.
Spread a Smile, based in Finchley Road, Hendon, held a party at the Hilton Hotel in London for the children it supports.
The celebration included Scalextric races, a fairy grotto, a story tent, dancing, a nail bar, face painting and balloon modelling.
All children who attended the event are currently staying in Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Royal London Hospital.
Daisy Champion, five, said: “The party was so brilliant it reached the very very top of the sky.”
Andy Bailey, father of eight-year-old Demie, said: “Big thanks to Spread a Smile for an amazing Halloween Party. Spread a Smile made many children smile today and much fun was had by all.”
