Police are investigating after school pupils were chased in Hendon.
The incident happened in Bell Lane this morning and a 27-year-old man was taken to be treated for mental health.
A police spokesman said: “Officers were called at 8.16am to reports of a man chasing school pupils down Bell Lane. Police arrived at the scene and a 27-year-old man was taken to a secure location for mental health.”
Barnet Police tweeted: “#StreetDuties & #ERPT have detained a male following school pupils & causing disturbance on Bell Lane NW4”.
London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
