Care home residents who take part in an art club were left thrilled after their work was displayed in buildings around Barnet.
Elderly people who live at Sydmar Lodge, in Edgware, are celebrating after their art work was displayed at Hendon Town Hall and the North London Business Park.
The art club sees Sydmar Lodge’s dining room transformed into an artists’ retreat where people can paint and craft.
The art club is led by Louise Frost, whose mother, Vera Bronze, lives at Sydmar Lodge.
Activities coordinator, Robert Speker, said: “ We’re delighted with how popular art club has become, as it has really supported residents to become more creative.
“The work is of such a high quality, and displaying the art works throughout Sydmar Lodge allows residents and their guests to enjoy the artists’ creative endeavours.”
