Police were called to Mill Hill following reports a public order offence had been committed.
Officers attended Bunns Lane, which is where Hendon MP Matthew Offord's Conservative office is, at around 3.30pm after the allegations.
A Met Police spokesman said no arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
