Commuters were faced with chaos on the roads after two accidents took place on the same road.
Two crashes took place on the A41 Hendon Way on January 2, as commuters dusted off their cars from a long weekend off.
Both incidents took place at around 6.45am near the slip road to the A406, on the Brent Cross interchange.
The first involved a lorry, two vans and a car, where no one was injured, while the second involved a motorcycle and car, where there were minor injuries.
Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and one lane was closed along the road, causing tailbacks during rush hour.
It was reopened by lunchtime.
Details about the injuries to the drivers in the second incident are being confirmed.
No arrests have been made.
