A woman has died after an accident involving a construction vehicle in her garden in Dollis Hill.

Police were called to the scene in Dollis Hill Avenue at around 10.20am on Monday (May 14).

London’s Air Ambulance, London Ambulance Service paramedics and firefighters rushed to the address where they found the woman, believed to be in her 30s.

She was taken to a north London hospital where she sadly died a short time later.

The Roads and Transport Policing Command are leading the investigation with support from the Health and Safety Executive's Office.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “Officers are working to establish the full circumstances of what happened.

“Next of kin have been informed. We await formal identification.

“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and there have been no arrests.

“Road closures have been put in place. Enquiries continue.”
