Police found £1,000 worth of drugs, hundreds of pounds in cash and a machete during an operation.
They caught eight teenagers on their patrol through the Grahame Park Estate, who were hanging a round in the notorious hotspot at around 2am.
Nearby, they found a pocket knife, a machete, a large amount of cannabis and £800 in cash.
No arrests were made but the weapons and drugs were later destroyed.
Police Special Sergeant Shane Clarke said: "The highlight of the day came at 2am when the team detained a group of eight teenagers in the Graham Park Estate.
"A weapon sweep was conducted nearby, and the team recovered a large quantity of cannabis set up for sale, £800 cash, a machete and a pocket knife.
"Another fantastic result from the team whose dedication and contribution to the MET reinforces the value the special constabulary brings."
