A baker has received an award for his fermented fruit and vegetable bread.

Rickmansworth’s Cinnamon Square, in Church Street has joined the upper crust of the country’s baking world with its latest batch of Botanical Breads.

The unique bread was developed by owner Paul Barker

The loaf was given the Bakery Innovation of the Year at the Baking Industry Awards 2018, held at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane on Wednesday night.
