Six robbers were attempting to steal from a watch shop in Brent Cross Shopping Centre while riding three motorcycles
Two men were charged in connection with an attempted robbery that left a police officer in hospital.
A biker gang were attempting to steal from a watch shop in Brent Cross Shopping Centre at around 7pm on Tuesday.
A police officer was sent to hospital with a head injury and a woman in her 50s was also treated for an injury to her arm.
Two men have been charged with attempted robbery and appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
The two men are Kyle Ettiene, 27, of Marble Drive, Cricklewood and Lookman Shekoni, 27, of Josephine Avenue, Lambeth.
Police enquiries continue.
