A 34-year-old man suffered cuts to his face and a “chipped” tooth during an attack.
Hertfordshire Constabulary were called at around 8.20pm to reports of an assault outside the Co-op shop near St Andrews Road, South Oxhey on November 7.
Upon arrival police discovered the victim with two cuts to his face and a broken tooth.
A search of the area was made but no one was found.
All parties involved are believed to be known to each other.
