A football club revealed a new memorial window in memory of former players who were lost during both world wars.
Wealdstone Football Club unveiled the evocative stained glass panel during a memorial ceremony prior to a match with Bath City on November 10.
Chairman Peter Marsden and club president Paul Rumens were presented with the framed panel depicting soldiers in a field of poppies, by two Wealdstone fans, Andy Gibbs and Sam Morris, both serving in the armed forces.
The memorial window, mounted in a back-lit frame made from recovered oak and corrugated iron as a representation of a trench enclosure, was made by artist Amy McCarthy
There was also a wreath laying and minute silence followed by The Last Post by bugler Jordan Low.
Wealdstone FC then played Bath City in a replica 1919 Wealdstone kit.
