A woman was attacked and kidnapped in broad daylight in Loudwater on Monday - and police have not yet been able to trace the female.

Between 9.45am and 10.15am on Monday (November 12), the attacker was seen getting out of a car and assaulting a woman in her thirties, in Kingsmead Road.

The offender - whose gender has not been released by police probing the attack - then pulled the woman into a three door, dark coloured BMW.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Thomas Digby, of Force CID at High Wycombe police station, said: “We are trying to identify the parties involved, who we believe are known to each other, and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen something or has any information which may assist the investigation.

“We have not yet been able to trace the victim, so anyone with any knowledge of this incident is encouraged to contact police as soon as possible.

“We would also encourage any motorists with dash-cam footage to come forward if they were driving down Kingsmead Road during the times of the offence on Monday morning, as this would be very helpful to our investigation.”
