Police were called to Kings Langley
Two men were arrested after police were called to reports of men acting suspiciously around parked cars.
Officers were called to Kings Langley just before midnight after a member of the public rang up to say they saw two men looking into vehicles.
• One man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference.
• One man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference and on suspicion of going equipped to steal.
