People can now vote for the shops, restuarants and businesses they think have given them the customer service in Watford town centre this year.

The Watford Business Improvement District Service Excellence Awards recognise businesses in Watford town centre for their exceptional customer and client service.

The winners are decided based on the collective results of the public vote, an independent mystery shopping visit and customer interviews for retailers and banks.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony at Watford Colosseum on February 12.

The awards cover 15 categories, and the nominees for each are as follows:
