Two taxi drivers were robbed on consecutive nights – and police are linking them.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has released two CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incidents.
Back in early October, on the 6th between 4.30am and 4.50am, a taxi driver was assaulted in Owens Way, Croxley Green, and cash was stolen from him.
In the very early hours of the following morning, between 3.30am and 4am, a cabbie was assaulted and he was robbed of cash, bank cards, and a mobile phone, in Church Lane, Sarratt.
Police believe their suspect has links to Rickmansworth and Bovingdon and are warning the public not to approach him.
The force says the man pictured could have information that may help them with their enquiries.
Anyone with any information or recognises the man pictured should contact DC Steve Mason from the Three Rivers local crime unit by emailing steve.mason@herts.pnn.police.uk or you can call 101 quoting crime reference 41/43510/18.
