EU nationals living in Watford can find out more about their rights after Brexit at an information session.
Watford borough councillors, Elected Mayor Peter Taylor and solicitor Christopher Benn will answer questions at Brexit & You, an event organised by New Europeans.
New Europeans (NE), founded by former MP Roger Casale, is a platform for EU citizens that enables them to have a strong voice in the debate about Brexit.
People will be able to ask questions about their position in the UK, such as securing the rights of EU nationals and the EU Settled Status to help European citizens and their families.
Regional coordination for NE in East of England, Michal Siewniak said: “New Europeans do a huge amount of work here in the UK as well as in Europe to highlight some of these issues and challenges. In partnership with other similarly minded organisations, we are trying to use every opportunity to make our voices heard.”
The information session will take place at Watford Town Hall on February 28 at 6pm.
