The best towns to be a commuter in the UK have been revealed.
Top of the list was Cheshunt in Hertfordshire, where a train ride into London only takes 26 minutes and the average house costs £384,000, a study by TotallyMoney found.
Just behind was Waltham Cross - half an hour from the centre of the capital and with houses costing £390,000 on average.
High Wycome, Hatfield, Gravesend and Broxbourne came just before Watford Junction in seventh. A train from the Hertfordshire town takes just 19 minutes and costs £3,204 a year for a season ticket.
The average house comes in at £416,680.
In Essex the highest ranked town was Harlow.
