Tate Bennett, 19, of Amwell Close, Watford. On January 15, 2019, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £105.

Michael Wright, 34, of Fairfolds, Watford. On June 5, 2018, stole a pedal cycle. Twelve counts. Committed to prison for 19 weeks. Compensation, costs: £5,839.

Beverley Seabrook, 57, of Garsmouth Way, Watford. On February 15, 2019, assaulted a police officer acting in the exercise of his functions as an emergency worker. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £20.

Shahjahan Miah, 32, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On February 23, 2019, stole two bottles of perfume belonging to Boots. On same date, entered premises which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Community order made. Suspended sentence order amended. Compensation: £191.

Valerie James, 59, of Williamson Way, Rickmansworth. On January 11, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Fine, costs: £550.

Fraser Lui Wright, 23, of Finch Lane, Bushey. On July 14, 2018, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person and he failed to stop. On same date, failed to report the accident; used a vehicle without due care and attention. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Muhammed Siddique, 42, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On December 5, 2017, failed to comply with regulations of the management of houses in multiple occupation. Thirteen counts.
