A care home opened its doors to invite a team of rangers to fill up on a fresh-cooked breakfast.
Chorleywood Beaumont Care Home staff invited rangers who maintain the cricket ground and common cemetery with a breakfast spread to thank them for their work.
General manager of Chorleywood Beaumont, Wayne Hughes, extended the invitation to all emergency service personnel.
Mr Hughes said: “We are all pleased to offer all of our local service workers who stop in for bacon butties, sausage baps or egg on toast along with tea and coffee, available free of charge.”
The police, ambulance and fire services are invited to come to the care home which is offering sweet and savoury treats in recognition of their community service.
He added: “Our comfortable facilities include free Wi-Fi and service with a smile, do stop in and say hi, we would be delighted to see you.”
