The M25 is open again after police were called to reports of a man 'causing disruption on the motorway'.
Police have just finished dealing with an incident clockwise at j25 for Waltham Abbey but delays are stretching all the way back to j22 for London Colney.
@HighwaysSEAST any chance of an update on #M25 clockwise junc 22-23. Been stationary for 1 hour now....

A number of incidents have been reported this morning in the area and the Met Police have been at the scene since 8.20am.
They found a man on the M25 in the carriageway at j24.
The Met Police has confirmed a man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and he has been taken into custody.
No one was injured.
A pothole has closed two lanes between j24 for Potters Bar and j25 at around 8.30am but a crash in the queues has also caused problems.
There is a stranded van between the junctions blocking a lane.
Typical M25. Not moved for two hours and only information comes from drivers on the counterclockwise carriageway! #M25 pic.twitter.com/HWvAepqMLv

#m25 is a mess today. Not moved in over an hour

Hi Miles, due to the behavior of the occupants of the vehicle in questions, it would not be safe to allow traffic to pass the incident. Police are accessing the scene by coming the wrong way down the carriageway hence why traffic must remain stationary at this time.

Some drivers on Twitter say they haven’t moved for two hours.
The police incident has at the front of the queue has now been resolved but long queues remain clockwise.
There are delays anticlockwise too between j25 and j23 due to a broken down lorry but all lanes are now open.
