Police were called to a road traffic collision in Borehamwood on Saturday evening
A driver fled the scene following a collision between two vehicles on Saturday evening.
Police were called at 8.40pm after reports of a crash in Theobald Street, Borehamwood, but were told that only one of the vehicles involved was still there.
The road was blocked by the stranded vehicle and people came to the aid of the driver to help move it out of the way. Recovery of the vehicle was then arranged by the owner.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing to trace the other vehicle involved.
