Roadworks are causing chaos in Borehamwood and Elstree this evening.
The four-way lights in Elstree village continue to cause havoc for drivers – but the good news is the work to repair a sewer is still scheduled to be completed tomorrow.
There are long delays on all four routes into the crossroads.
Separately in Borehamwood, a set of lights at Theobald Street at the junction of Croxdale Road continue to also cause problems.
Queues in both direction with a knock on-effect too in Allum Lane towards the town. Slow in Shenley Road too approaching the train station.
Also delays on the A1 southbound at Stirling Corner from Rowley Lane. An incident is causing the queues.
