Louise Claire Blackett, 40, of Coates Dell, Watford. On August 25, 2018, used a vehicle without due care and attention. On same date, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to stop. Fine, costs: £235. On June 17, 2018, intentionally touched a woman and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting. Declan Gregory Mascurine, 20, of Manor Way, Croxley Green. On December 2, 2018, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. On same date, used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. On November 6, 2018, had in his possession two tins of cannabis. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £863.

Cameron Mason-Hope, 19, of St Albans Road, Watford. On September 21, 2018, had in his possession two bags of cannabis. Fine, costs: £195.

Zoe Page, 26, of Falkirk Gardens, Watford. On February 19, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Fine, costs: £731.
