A Waltham Forest woman is among 71 charged in connection with climate change protests in central London.
Kathleen Carlson, 27, of Forest Road, is among the 71 charged by the police.
Charges have been made for various offences including breach of Section 14 Notice of the Public Order Act 1986, obstructing a highway and obstructing police.
The vast majority of those charged will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court between Tuesday, May 14, and Friday, May 31.
Nine individuals are due to appear at Camberwell Magistrates Court between Tuesday, May 14, and Tuesday, May 21.
One individual will appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 7, and another will appear at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 9.
Those arrested but not charged have been released under investigation.
