A small but booming marketing agency has beaten off stellar competition to win a gold award.

Reboot Online, based in Centennial Park in Elstree won the Best Digital Campaign award in the Digital Impact Awards.

The four-year-old business, set up by husband and wife Shai and Naomi Aharony, were up against companies including the likes of Deloitte, Aston Martin, and Vodafone.#

Talking about how the begin began, Mr Aharony said: "My wife had just completed a law degree while juggling a full-time job and looking after our two kids - at the time aged six and eight. I was working full time in for Time inc in the city.

"We slowly started carrying out small SEO (search engine optimization) campaigns for local and international clients in our own time. There was a huge gap in the market.

"There was and still is a real issue with smaller companies not being able to compete for the coveted top ten Google positions and we wanted to equalise the playing field by allowing smaller companies to compete with the huge corporations out there."

The couple quit their jobs in 2014 and moved into an old office in Elstree Hill. A couple of years later, with the business growing to 15 employees, Reboot Online moved to Centennial Park.

Today, the company employs 22 people.

Mr Aharony added: "We really have a great team of people. We all chip in and we all love working here.

"Beer fridge and table tennis help as well as regular yoga mornings and boxing sessions which we provide free of charge.

"Even our huge French Mastiff office dog Lola helps by making sure everyone contributes when she needs some attention and a neck scratch.

"The award shows we what are capable of."
