A reselected MP says he is "delighted" after his constituents voted him in for a second term in the House of Commons.
Oliver Dowden comfortably saw off his rivals in Hertsmere - even increasing his majority following the General Election last week.
Conservative Mr Dowden won the support of 32,651 people, comfortably seeing off the opposition of Labour, the Liberal Democrats, and the Green party.
Earlier this week, Mr Dowden was officially sworn in and he has even been spotted in the Cabinet office with Prime Minister Boris Johnson as he continues in his promoted role of Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General.

First Cabinet meeting yesterday after the General Election - all smiles but we also know there is a lot of work to do.

He has had some time to tell us what his priorities are for Hertsmere.
He said: "I am honoured and delighted to have been re-elected as Hertsmere's Member of Parliament.
"I will stand up for our area’s interests in Parliament, as I’ve done for the last four years as your MP.
"I’ll keep campaigning to improve vital local services such as the £400million upgrade at Watford General Hospital and push for a better deal for commuters after the unacceptable disruption we’ve suffered on services from Bushey and Elstree & Borehamwood stations.
"I will also work to deliver on the commitments we made during the election - to get Brexit done and move on to the things that matter to people, like improving schools, the NHS and recruiting new police officers."
