A petrol station is currently shut due to flooding.
The forecourt at Tesco in Borehamwood is underwater leaving supermarket bosses with no option but to close it off to the public.
A Tesco spokesperson said: "Our fuel station is temporarily closed at Borehamwood Extra following heavy rain and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. We’re working hard to reopen quickly for our customers."
Maintenance teams are attending the forecourt this afternoon.

Some Thameslink train services have been affected too due to water on the track.
Some more heavy rain is set to fall overnight but the outlook is brighter for the weekend.
