Parking charges in several locations in Harrow will go up in April for the first time in seven years.
A Harrow Council report showed plans to implement some increases as part of its fees and charges for 2020/21.
For most affected on-street areas, the cost to park will go up by 10p per 20 minutes of use.
Some pay-and-display locations that offer ‘longer stay’ parking options, as well as several car parks, will also be subject to various increases.
A spokesperson for Harrow Council noted that parking charges in the borough have “remained static since 2013”.
He added: “Parking charges are important as a means of managing parking demand.
“Therefore, we have reviewed the current parking and economic trends to make sure that the charges are relevant to the current situation.”
