A ROAD in Bournemouth town centre will be closed for the weekend.
Holdenhurst Road will be shut off between Lansdowne Roundabout and Station Roundabout to allow Watkins Jones to carry out craning work in relation to their development, which is currently under construction.
The road is scheduled to be closed from 7pm tonight until midnight on Sunday evening.
A diversion will be in place, via Christchurch Road and St Swithun's Road South.
Morebus have warned that several of their services will be unable to travel to the Unisys and Lansdowne stops.
The bus firm says the nearest alternative stops are located on Christchurch Road, where all services will be diverted via.
This change will affect routes M1, N1, M2, N2, 13, 17, 32, Breezer 50, X1, X2, X6 and Unibus U1.
The crane removal had been scheduled to take place earlier this month but had to be postponed due to high winds.
