A stretch of busy motorway was shut in the early hours when a man refused to get out of a car.
Hertfordshire Constabulary were called to a report of a stationary vehicle on the M25 close to junction 17 (Rickmansworth) at 11.45pm on Friday, January 24.
On arrival, officers found a man in a grey Range Rover who the force says was uncompliant and refused to leave the car.

Traffic was stopped for over an hour clockwise between junction 16 and junction 17 as several police units, Highways England and Ambulance staff dealt with the incident.
The man was eventually removed from the Range Rover and taken to Watford General Hospital as a precaution.
Police re-opened the motorway at 1.20am.
The man was reported for failing to provide a sample to officers.
