A34 traffic alert
ALL lanes have now re-opened and an earlier broken down car has been recovered on the A34 northbound.
Traffic has been queueing for nine miles this morning due to the vehicle.
The vehicle broke down before the A423 Southern By-Pass Road (Hinksey Hill Interchange).
Congestion is through to Milton, with travel time one hour and 15 minutes.
