No one was injured after a multi vehicle crash shut a busy road in Watford this morning.
Wiggenhall Road, near the hospital, was closed between Lammas Road and Farraline Road.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said they were called at 8.15am today after two cars crashed.
Two stationary vehicles were also damaged, the force added.
Wiggenhall Road was blocked and the road was later closed between Lammas Road and Farraline Road to allow vehicles to be recovered.
Some buses were on diversion.
Officers attended and police say the roads was open by 9.40am.
There was major disruption on nearby roads during this mornings rush hour, including Eastbury Road and through Watford Fields.
It remains busy in the area.
No injuries were reported from the crash.
