A BMW driver was injured after they crashed into a wall in Watford last night.
Police say they were called at around 10.10pm on Thursday to reports of a collision in Whippendell Road.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says one vehicle was involved - a black BMW M4.
The police say they do not know why the vehicle left the road but it ended up crashing into a wall, near the junction with Harwoods Road.
The driver suffered slight injuries, the police spokeswoman added.
Hertfordshire Constabulary wrote on Facebook at around 11pm last night: "We are currently at the scene of a traffic collision in Whippendell Road, Watford.
"Road closures are in place at this time, to allow emergency services to work safely at the scene.
"Members of the public are thanked for their patience while we work to get the road reopened as soon as possible."
The BMW was recovered and the road closures were lifted at 11.40pm.
