MOUNTAIN rescuers were called after a walker reported themselves 'lost and exhausted' at 11pm on a Lake District fell.
Nine members of Duddon and Furness Mountain Rescue Team headed out to Harter Fell, Eskdale, on Saturday night.
A spokesman for the rescue team said: "'Phone-find' technology was used to locate the walker who was on their last Wainwright having put in a very long day.
"They were given food and water and escorted back to their vehicle."
