A crash involving four vehicles is causing long delays on the M25.
Highways England says that there is around six miles of congestion along the motorway following the collision, which occurred between J24 (Potters Bar) and J23 (Barnet) heading anti-clockwise.
The crash happened earlier this morning and involved four vehicles, Highways England said.
It has caused two lanes to close - and motorists can expect up to an hour of delays while the incident is dealt with.
If travelling in #Hertfordshire pls be aware 2 lanes (of 4) are closed #M25 anti-clockwise due to a 4 vehicle collision between J24 and J23. There are approx. 6 miles of congestion which is likely to add 45-60mins to usual travel times. @TfLTrafficNews #SouthMimms #PottersBar pic.twitter.com/cuEBrSmTFM
