A FAREHAM man caught speeding at more than 100mph hour has been slapped with a hefty fine.
Leigh Andrew Rowsell, 51, was caught speeding on the A3 southbound near Horndean on May 16.
He was caught driving a Mercedes at 107mph, exceeding the road limit of 70mph.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty via the Single Justice Procedure.
Roswell, of Dore Avenue, Fareham, was fined £1,038 and his drivers licence was endorsed with six points.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £103 and court costs of £85.
