The closures are planned as follows:

Before then, a 25-day closure in Highview Avenue HA8 is due to begin on Monday for gas main replacement works.

During this time vehicles will:

Be prohibited from entering Edgware Way from Highview Avenue.

Be prohibited from entering the northernmost section of Highview Avenue from Highview Avenue (southernmost section from its junction with Highview Gardens), or Highview Gardens.

A one-way traffic system will also be introduced, north to south, on Highview Avenue, between its junctions with Edgware Way and Highview Gardens, for vehicles to travel southbound only.

The alternative route for motorists will be via Highview Avenue, Hale Lane and The Grove.

A section of The Drive NW11 is also set to be closed for five days for new water connection works from July 19.

This will apply between the junctions with Limes Avenue and Beverley Gardens, and the diversion will be via Beverley Gardens, Golders Green Road, Limes Avenue and vice versa.
