A musician has been caught speeding at 100mph in his Ferrari on the M1 near Edgware.
Dominic Major, also known as Dot Major, was tearing along the 70mph northbound stretch at 5.31pm on September 30 last year.
A speedometer was said to have clocked the 30-year-old going at 100mph and remained constant for half a mile.
Major, who is part of trio group London Grammar, initially pleaded not guilty before changing his plea to guilty.
At North West London Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 25, the musician from High Street in Camden was fined £165.
He was also handed a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs - taking the total to £284 - and his driving licence was given three points.
