Streets in north-west London are set to be temporarily closed for roadworks, starting from Monday.

Notices from Barnet Council in this week’s edition of the Barnet Borough Times detail the extent of the closures and other restrictions that may be needed while the works are carried out.

Brent Park Road NW4 is due to be shut at its easternmost junction with Layfield Road for seven days from Monday for gas main replacement works.

The alternative route will be via Brent Park Road, Layfield Road and vice versa.

A planned three-day closure of Stanford Road N11, outside Nos. 27 to 32, for reinstatement works is due to start on December 6.

The diversion will be via Stanford Road, Goldsmith Road, Friern Barnet Road and vie versa.

Ranulf Road NW2 is set to be shut between its junction with Hocroft Road and Lyndale Road for three days from December 13 for crane installation and operational works.

The diversions are via Lyndale, A41 Hendon Way and Hocroft Road; or Hocroft Road, A41 Hendon Way, Cricklewood Lane, Lichfield Road, Westbere Road, Mill Lane, Fortune Green Road, Ardwick Road and Ranfulf Road.
