More than 30 schools in Barnet have been closed this morning as Londoners woke up to a fresh sheet of snow.

Schools across the borough have taken the decision to close this morning (December 12) after heavy snowfall over Sunday evening.

Many borough services including recycling and waste collections, special educational needs (SEN) transport and highways works have been suspended following the change in weather conditions.
