Arsenal legend and Match of the Day presenter Ian Wright has revealed one of his favourite places to eat near the Emirates Stadium.

In a TikTok posted to his account last week, the ex-Gunners striker praised Juss Jerk in Hornsey Road, claiming it was the place he “has to” go to when he visits the club’s Holloway home.

In the video, Wright is filmed ordering a jerk chicken burger and rum punch.

He says about the Caribbean restaurant: “Listen, every time I do stuff for Arsenal, you have to come into Juss Jerk. You have to do it.”

He adds: “No additives, no fresh, just jerk,” before bursting into a laugh.

Wright is also filmed greeting a member of staff, asking after their mum and promising to come back later that week.

TikTok users appeared to agree with Wright’s assessment of the restaurant.

One commented: “I’d seriously travel to Finsbury to buy that chicken burger."

Another said: “I literally went here on my first visit 2 years ago…me and the kids loved it, drove all the way from Blackpool.”

Juss Jerk has a 4.7/5 rating on JustEat. Its menu includes jerk chicken, oxtail, curry goat and BBQ wings.

The restaurant can be found at 45 Hornsey Road. It is open Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 7pm, extended until 10pm on a Friday and Saturday evening.
