Police have released an image of a person they would like to speak in connection with an incident where a man touched himself while staring at a teenage girl.

At around 3,30pm on Friday, January 5, a 16-year-old girl boarded the Piccadilly Line at Kings Cross.

She noticed a man staring at her and then realised he was touching himself over his trousers, British Transport Police said.

He then left the Tube at Southgate underground station.
