The Royal Air Force Museum is set to roll back the clock for its visitors this half-term.

Visitors will be invited to step back in time to the Forties in a series of activities. From Monday to Friday, the RAF Museum, in Grahame Park Way, Colindale, will host one-hour exhibitions and allow adults and children to experience events, including the wartime classroom, where discipline will be the order of the day, and life on the Home Front, where a trip to a local grocery shop will require an ID card and ration book.

Visitors can also expect to meet an air raid warden recounting tales of what life was like during the war, the advice given on how to survive the bombings, as well as have the chance to look at authentic objects from the Second World War.
